Is the consultation really free and without obligation?

Yes. Your consultation is completely free and there is no obligation to go ahead with treatment. Many patients choose to take their plan away and book at a later date once they have had time to consider it.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?

You do not need to decide this in advance. During your consultation, Geri will assess your skin, muscles and facial structure, then recommend options that align with your goals, budget and medical history. You will always receive clear information about expected outcomes and maintenance.

Are the treatments painful?

Most treatments are very well tolerated. Where appropriate, a topical numbing cream and/or very fine needles are used to minimise discomfort. The sensation is usually described as a brief scratch or sting rather than pain.

What are the risks and side effects?

All medical aesthetic treatments carry some risk. These are discussed in detail before you consent, and written aftercare information is provided. Common temporary effects include redness, mild swelling and occasional bruising. Serious complications are rare and steps are taken to reduce risk, including use of reputable products and safe injection techniques.

How soon will I see results?

This depends on the treatment. Anti-wrinkle injections generally start to work within 3–5 days with full effect at around 2 weeks. Filler results are visible immediately, with settling over the following days. Skin treatments and skincare protocols build gradually over a course of sessions.
